MILESTONES
The coming years will be a dynamic phase in the development of the smart bicycle shelter project – both in terms of implementation and product maturation. We anticipate consistent scaling of the system: from technological testing, through pilot implementations in Polish cities, to internationalization in selected European countries. Simultaneously, we will develop a mobile application, smart city features, and ecological modules such as green roofs, photovoltaic panels , and environmental sensors. Building lasting relationships with local governments and developers, as well as educational and marketing activities aimed at popularizing the concept of safe and intelligent bicycle parking, will also be key. In the next 3-5 years, we anticipate implementing a subscription model for individual users, developing a commercial version for B2B clients, and launching the first international pilots – including in Germany, the Netherlands, and Scandinavian countries. Environmental certification of the products will also be a significant step, and in the longer term, integration with urban transportation systems, city apps, and resident cards. Thanks to this, the project will become an integral part of the infrastructure of modern, green cities – in line with the strategy of sustainable mobility and intelligent development of public space.

INTEGRATION OF BICYCLE SHELTER SUBSCRIPTIONS WHITH BENEFIT PROGRAMS AND CITY CARDS
The introduction of a subscription model for users of smart bike shelters opens up new opportunities for cooperation with municipal benefit systems and resident cards. By integrating these services, users gain not only convenient access to a safe parking space, but also real benefits resulting from participation in city loyalty and health programs.
The subscription can be linked to a city resident's card, allowing for automatic billing for bike shed access within a single account. Users of the city program can collect points for regular bike and SCON parking usage, which they can then exchange for discounts on city services, public transportation tickets, and rebates at local shops and cafes.
Additionally, system integration allows local governments to monitor usage statistics, supporting informed decision-making regarding the development of cycling infrastructure.
